Transforming a Home Exterior in Battle Hill, Wallsend

Project Spotlight: Transforming a Home Exterior in Battle Hill, Wallsend

There is nothing quite like the feeling of handing over a freshly completed project to a happy customer! Today, our team wrapped up a stunning front elevation house rendering transformation right here in Battle Hill, Wallsend.

The Goal: A Modern, Fresh Exterior

The homeowner wanted to move away from tired, dated brickwork or older cladding and opt for a clean, uniform, and low-maintenance finish that would stand the test of time.

The Solution: VPI Scratch Render System

To achieve this premium finish, we selected VPI’s high-performance scratch render system. VPI render is highly regarded in the industry for its exceptional durability, weather resistance, and breathability—making it the perfect choice for North East homes.

For the colour, the customer chose 'Blanc Polaire' (Polar White). It’s a beautifully bright, crisp shade that bounces natural light perfectly, giving the entire property an instant, high-end facelift and massive kerb appeal.

Why Choose Through-Colour Scratch Render?

Unlike traditional sand and cement renders, a through-colour scratch render doesn't require painting. The pigment runs completely through the material, meaning it won't peel, flake, or lose its vibrant look over time.
